Tyler Curtis

An Ottawa River local and elite Professional kayaker, Tyler is a five-time Canadian National Champion, two-time Norwegian Champion, and two-time Nordic Champion. He has been an major influence in the international freestyle scene for many years, and revered throughout the industry for his dedication to instruction and to pushing the sport. Not only a veteran playboater he is also one of the best all round kayakers in the world winning both extreme races and freestyle events world-wide. As one of the most photographed paddlers, Tyler can be found either on the cover or in the pages of every leading paddlesports title.

He is a published author of ’Futaleufu Whitewater’ and ’Whitewater Chile’ and also hosts kayaking vacation packages in Norway, Chile, and Canada.
